Snail Pace Enamel Mug

Two snails take different routes across curved blades of grass on Snail Pace, a 12 fl oz enamel mug. Their orange-and-gold spiral shells stand out against speckled blue-green bodies and a pale cream background.

One snail rises above the other, stretching its eye stalks upward, while its smaller companion follows the bend of another leaf. The oversized grass gives the pair a little landscape of their own. Broad shell spirals keep the picture clear, with smaller painted marks to notice in the bodies and leaves.

The same scene appears on both sides, so either handle position brings the pair into view. It is a wordless design for someone who enjoys small creatures and a fanciful change of scale, whether the mug sits beside a notebook or joins the everyday drinkware on a kitchen shelf.

Made from stainless steel with an enamel coating, the mug has a rounded stainless steel rim. The available size is 12 fl oz, with the fixed snail-and-grass illustration shown here.
