About these terms

Odvero is operated by AllyExporter LLC, a company based in Illinois, United States. In these terms, “Odvero”, “we” and “us” mean AllyExporter LLC.

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Your account

You can shop as a guest or create an account. If you create an account, give accurate information and keep your password confidential.

You are responsible for activity under your account. If you think someone has used it without your permission, email support@odvero.com.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.

Products and prices

We try to describe and photograph every product accurately. Colors can look slightly different on different screens.

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the site and can change before you place an order. Shipping charges and applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your confirmation email acknowledges that we received it.

We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, a price or description was wrong, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund the payment.

Some items are made to order after you buy them.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. By paying, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method. Your payment method is charged when you place your order.

Shipping and delivery

Delivery options and their cost are shown at checkout for your address. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. See Shipping & delivery for details.

Returns and refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Our Return policy explains how to request a return and how refunds work.

Using the site

Do not use the site for anything unlawful or fraudulent, interfere with how it works, try to access accounts or systems that are not yours, or copy its content in bulk by automated means.

Our content

The Odvero name and logo, and the text, photographs and designs on this site, belong to Odvero or its licensors. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial shopping.

Disclaimers

To the extent the law allows, the site is provided “as is”, without warranties that it will always be available or error-free. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Odvero is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, and our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Consumer protection rights you have under the law where you live remain in place.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
