Return policy

Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.

30-day returns

Please ship your return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Your account shows the inclusive ship-by date in Eastern Time (America/New_York). Until carrier dates are available, delivery may be estimated from the recorded shipment date, the selected service’s maximum transit time and one extra transit day. Production time is not added again. An estimate does not mean the carrier confirmed delivery.

Sending your return

  1. Create an account or sign in, then open Account → Orders.
  2. Ordered as a guest? Choose “Add an order to your account” and enter the Order ID from your confirmation email. Confirm the link sent to the email address used at checkout.
  3. Open your order, choose the eligible items and quantities under Returns, and request your return.
  4. After the request is saved, your private order details show the return reference, shipping address and inclusive ship-by dates. Pack securely and include the Order ID and Return ID.

Send your return by the shown deadline. Saved instructions remain available after the return window closes.

Return shipping

You are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your proof of shipment.

Your refund

Once we receive your return, we refund the returned items and their applicable tax to your original payment method. If you return the entire order, we also refund the original shipping charge and its applicable tax.

The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
