Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal information Odvero collects when you browse, create an account or place an order, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Who we are
Odvero is operated by AllyExporter LLC, a company based in Illinois, United States. In this policy, “Odvero”, “we” and “us” mean AllyExporter LLC.
For privacy questions or requests, email privacy@odvero.com.
Information you give us
Account details: your name, email address and password when you create an account. Your password is stored in protected (hashed) form, not as readable text.
Order details: the items and options you choose, the recipient’s name, shipping and billing addresses, company name if you enter one, and phone number if you provide it.
Messages: what you send us when you contact support or request a return.
Payment information
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered into Stripe’s secure form and sent to Stripe. Odvero does not receive or store your full card number.
We receive confirmation that your payment succeeded, together with a payment reference, so we can process your order and any refund.
Information collected automatically
Essential cookies keep your cart, keep you signed in, and remember your shipping country and language. The store cannot work without them.
Your browser also stores a few preferences on your own device, such as your favorites and the ZIP code you enter for delivery estimates. Favorites are saved in your browser, not in your account.
Like most websites, our hosting providers record technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and keep it secure.
We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, such as which pages are viewed and from what kind of device.
When you type a street address at checkout, the characters you type are sent to Google Maps Platform to suggest matching US addresses. We do not send your name, email, phone or payment details to Google, and we do not store the suggestions. Google processes these requests under the Google Privacy policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).
How we use your information
To process, make, ship and deliver your orders, and to handle returns and refunds.
To send messages about your account and orders, such as order confirmations, shipping updates, return instructions and password reset links.
To provide customer support, prevent fraud, keep the site secure, and meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
To understand how the site is used and improve it.
We currently send only messages about your account and orders.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information.
We share information only with companies that help us run the store: our payment processor (Stripe), the production and delivery partners and carriers that make and ship your order, our email delivery provider, our hosting and data storage providers, Google Analytics, and Google Maps Platform for checkout address suggestions.
Production and delivery partners receive what they need to fulfill your order: the recipient’s name, address, phone number if provided, and the items ordered.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our customers, our rights or the security of the site. If the business is sold or reorganized, customer information may be transferred as part of that change.
How long we keep it
We keep account information until you ask us to delete your account.
We keep order records for as long as we need them for customer service, returns, accounting, tax and legal purposes.
Your choices and rights
You can view and update your profile and saved addresses in your account at any time.
You can ask for a copy of your personal information, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing privacy@odvero.com. We may need to keep some order records where the law requires it.
You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block essential cookies, the cart, checkout and account will not work.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under local law. We honor requests as that law requires.
Children
Odvero is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email privacy@odvero.com and we will delete it.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections to the site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Where your information is processed
Odvero is operated from the United States, and your information is processed there and in other countries where our service providers operate.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
