Description
Stone steps descend beside clear turquoise pools in Tidal Observatory, a jigsaw puzzle with an imagined rocky coast at low tide. A dark blue-green printed border contains the scene.
The foreground holds spiral shells, anemone shapes and ribbons of seaweed among pebbles. Farther out, broad dark rocks interrupt the water, and warm cliffs meet a narrow strip of sky. Those shifts in scale give the picture its character: close observation at your feet opens into a wider coastline beyond.
